Admin Assistant

KSA Admin assistant involves managing and overseeing administrative functions within an organization. The role of the admin assistant is to ensure that administrative functions within an organization are efficient, effective, and aligned with the goals and objectives of the company. Senior Admin manages people, processes, and resources to achieve organizational success.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and prioritize departmental administrative tasks in KSA office, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain departmental records, databases, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Facilitate effective communication within the department, including distributing information, memos, and announcements.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

Assist in the coordination of departmental events, conferences, and workshops.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

KSA female Residents

Fluent in English

+2 years of experience.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Proficiency in using CRM software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
