Position Overview:

Inovasys is seeking an experienced MWP Lead to head our technical delivery team. In this role, you will be an authority on technical services across Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, EMS, and Teams. Your primary responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and guiding a team of technical engineers and architects. Beyond delivering tailored solutions, you will oversee project execution, ensure high-quality service delivery, and promote team development.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement and manage Microsoft Defender suite (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365) to ensure robust security.

Configure and maintain Microsoft Cloud App Security (MCAS) and Azure Sentinel for advanced threat protection and response.

Develop strategies for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Information Protection, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Manage and secure devices using Microsoft Intune.

Provide technical support and guidance on Microsoft security and compliance solutions.

Stay updated with the latest security trends and Microsoft updates to ensure systems are resilient against emerging threats.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture.

Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Modern Workplace Environments

Strong experience within Active Directory, Azure AD, AD Connect, Federation Services, and Conditional Access Policies.

Working experience to deploy, implementing, and configuration of email services, O365, Exchange Online.

Strong Endpoint Management experience and experience deploying Microsoft Intune.

Expertise with Enterprise Mobility Services and Microsoft Teams.

Expertise with M365 Cloud, migrating clients, and working with Microsoft Cloud solutions.

Presenting and demonstrating InovaSys services to customers.

Build scope of work/low level technical scope based on the business requirements.

Deliver regional technical implementations and solution design within InovaSys services on customer’s sites and remotely.

Provide support, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex problems. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers, and mission critical support.

Conduct proactive services with clients through Security & Risk Assessments, Health Checks, or other similar offerings.

Ad hoc Services: Short and time limited engagements focused on customer specific issue remediation or support.

Improving the overall customer experience serving as the customer advocate within InovaSys and playing a key role in assisting our clients to maximize their investment in Technology.

Deliver solutions related documentations that could include scope of work / user manual.

Participating in building InovaSys technical content library. Ex. Knowledge base and other technical contents.

Assist in representing InovaSys in any forum (i.e., seminars, technical or marketing, conferences event).

Mentor other team members on deployed solutions and best practices.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

7+ years of experience in the same position

Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

Microsoft 365 Identity and Services

Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security

Microsoft 365 Messaging

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Experience with Cloud technology [Saas, Iaas, and Paas]

Good knowledge for Azure (Preferable)

Familiar with different migration scenarios (Between On-Premises and Cloud)

Active directory.

SSO solution (Active Directory Federation Service)

Technical ideas to non-technical audience and work with individuals at all levels.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral); able to concisely communicate security risks to both technical and business audiences.
